  • Guest：酒店服务很到位。check in顺利，另外管家还会送到电梯口并告知路线，非常赞。西海饭店的衞生很乾净，设施非常的齐全，有咖啡厅，酒吧，餐厅。等等。酒店内部装修非常新且装饰的很高级，房间很温馨，乾净，不知道是不是有暖气，房间超级暖和，在山上走了一天回到酒店真的非常治癒了。另外酒店自助餐种类很多，味道也非常好，价格来説是非常具有性价比了，比单点划算的多?? 酒店7点多还有一些非遗的节目。非常适合小朋友，玩的很开心， 感谢西海饭店，非常棒，会继续推荐给身边地其它朋友，冲就完事了
  • Guest：乾净衞生，环境很好。服务态度非常好，晚上困山中联系前台接待对接保安大哥接我们到酒店，还暖心备了姜茶驱寒，小礼品垫肚子，太感谢值班安保经理了。十分好评！补充早餐也很丰盛哦！
  • Guest：衞生服务很不错，门迎和前台工作人员都很热情很贴心，不过可能因为住客比较多，我们要的小童拖鞋和牙刷始终没有送来～ 酒店活动也蛮多的，晚上有变脸，小丑啥的，表演的都是酒店的工作人员，很厉害！
  • Guest：在山顶上，瑟瑟发抖的寒风中，走进西海饭店，立刻感受到温暖。小李热情的接待了我们，给我们安排了预订好的房间，还赠送了烧饼，茶干，水果。 山顶物资匮乏的情况下，还提供了这些，确实很难得。住进房间，旅游的疲惫一下子就消散了。 正好赶上元旦，酒店还有元旦晚会表演欣赏。真是很值。 第二天早上起来看日出，也只有住在山上才有的福利了。已经第二次住西海了。
